When you are on holiday, there are only so many decadent dinners and lunches you can handle before you start to feel the effects on your waistband or your wallet. Unlike a resort, our villas and bungalows have kitchens and BBQ's so you have the flexibility to eat at home on the deck or stroll down the road to the night markets or local cafes and restaurants when you don't feel like cooking.
2 - Close to the night markets if you want to eat out.
The night markets are on four nights a week and are less than 5 minutes walk from our villas. There you will find local food trucks and stalls offering you a range of great options from dinner to dessert. The holiday vibe and community atmosphere is as enticing as the food.
3 - 2 minutes walk to the cafes, restaurants
Muri Beach is the heart of the action if you want good coffee, funky cafes, great breakfasts, lunches or dinners we have it all. if you want to experience a spectacular Island Night, take a Lagoon Cruise, swim with the turtles or fill your morning with an action packed Buggy Tour, all these adventures are all just a stroll down the road.However, the best thing about our accommodation is that because it's by the edge of the lagoon, it is peaceful and quiet. Then if you walk 2 minutes up the driveway onto the road, you have everything you need to have an AMAZING holiday.
4 - 2 minutes walk to bike and car rental
A scooter is one of the easiest and cheapest ways to get around the island. You will need to grab a scooter license from the Police station, which usually takes 1/2 a day to do a theory and a practical test. Once that's taken care of there is scooter pick up and drop off just down the road. On the main street, a few minutes walk away, you can rent scooters, cars, e-bikes or push bikes to make getting around a breeze
The bus also stops 2 minutes walk away, which can take you around the island in either direction. You can also waive it down if you want it to stop for you. It goes around the island clockwise and anticlockwise hourly during the day. Bus schedules are available from the office.
